Pulled from QuickBooks this morning, not from memory. Every number here has an invoice behind it or it didn’t make the page. The parts that look bad are in here too. You can’t help me fix a picture I’ve sanded down.
Trailing twelve months: $33,310 booked. Expenses run through QuickBooks in 2026: $472.
One entity invoices: Boring Stories LLC. Solutions, Labs and Portillo have no billing identity in QuickBooks. If any of them closes a deal tomorrow there is nothing to bill it with.
The long view: Friends Church Orange has paid $66,008 since 2024. One job in April 2025 was $60,700. Church work and repeat corporate work have paid for this business.
The internal numbers were wrong. Every strategy doc in my system says 2026 revenue is $7,235 across four invoices. QuickBooks says $24,745. The gap is The Delegate: a $14,100 job in May that never got counted, plus two smaller ones.
I have been planning against a version of this business that earns a third of what it earns. The whole outbound plan was built on the idea that we have nothing to show. We have plenty. Nobody wrote it down.
Tap to check them off. It saves on your phone.
Before anything else. It is live right now.
FirstEntravision, $1,200, 25 days overdue. The chase email is already written. It is the only money we can put in the account this week.
The $14,500 that has been floating around is not a quote. It is $20,000 minus $5,500 on a calculator and it was never given to the client. Scope it, price it, get a written yes, then invoice.
Entravision, Salt Medical and AM Textile were scaffolded on 10 August. Two calls left and both are mine: whether Tricon is its own record or a Delegate sub-engagement, and Riverside Dental, which turns out to be Entravision work and should not be registered at all.
The footage is already ours. The edit was never made.
Paid, delivered, live on their own domain. Testimonial in hand. Shipped a day before their deadline.
Hours of plumbing between us and the first dollar that brand has ever made.
From Boring Stories, with the proof in the copy. Not Portillo. You do not cold-email strangers from the brand that cannot answer “who else have you done this for?”
Every dollar this business has made came from someone who already knew us. The Delegate, Friends Church, Entravision, The Hub. Repeat and referral, all of it.
The cold list is 124 names. Run the math honestly and it is worth about one closed deal spread over several months. Meanwhile there are around 27 relationships I have never asked for a referral from. That costs nothing, and it is the lane that already worked once by accident.
So the ranking is: collect what is owed, write down what we have done, ask the people who already like us. Cold comes last, not first.
One more thing I should say out loud. The internal target was $30,000 collected by 24 August. There are 13 days left and $1,200 of it is actually collectible right now. That target is not going to happen. I would rather tell you than manage the number.
The reel matters most on this list, and it is directing work.
Your path and comp doc is drafted. Three open questions on it are sitting on me, not on you. I will close them this week.
Once the reel and the case study exist, the outbound queue opens and the pipeline stops being theoretical.
